How are you doing as a leader?
We are nearing the halfway mark of 2017, which makes this a great time to check up on our skills as a leader and assess how we are doing. This week on the #CJJblog I would like to take a look and ask you a few questions about your leadership skills. How do you plan on developing these leadership skills? Do you want to become the best leader you can be? Successfully addressing these questions will not only make you a better leader, but a more effective person as well. Interacting with those around us defines who we are, but being a leader to those around us can take our lives and careers to the next level. Throughout my years as coaching and being a leader, I have learned many things on being an effective communicator and role model. Below are five questions on being the best leader you can be. The first five people to reach out to me (blog comments, social media, etc.) with answers to these questions and how they affect your life, will get a FREE signed copy of my re-released book, “A Coach and A Miracle.” Enjoy!
- Are you leading with integrity?
- Do you care about building relationships?
- Are you leading by example?
- Do you have a written personal mission statement?
- How are your communication skills?
