What questions are you asking?
Are you the Chief Question Asker (CQA) for your team or organization? Are you a good enough listener to ask the right questions? - What am I focused on?
- What do I believe that others don’t?
- What is something I no longer believe?
- Interview Questions

- Tell me a story of how you overcame adversity.
- If there were no people on earth, what animal would you be, and why?
