What are your leadership philosophies?
When it comes to leadership, in order to get the right answers, you must be asking yourself the right questions. Are you fully aware of your abilities and how others perceive you? Are you in the right headspace with your own personal thoughts? In the #CJJblog today, I give you two important leadership statements and I fill in the blanks with my answers. What are yours?
