Do you have a leadership constitution?

What are your leadership philosophies?

When it comes to leadership, in order to get the right answers, you must be asking yourself the right questions.  Are you fully aware of your abilities and how others perceive you?  Are you in the right headspace with your own personal thoughts?  In the #CJJblog today, I give you two important leadership statements and I fill in the blanks with my answers.  What are yours?  I encourage you to spend some time write down your answers and read them aloud each day moving forward.  Enjoy!

  • I declare that I am… 1) A leader by example, 2) A person of my word, 3) Passionate about my work, and 4) Caring about people
  • You can count on me to be… 1) Working hard to treat everyone with respect, 2) A great listener, always welcoming of your feedback and input, 3) Focusing on clarity of my direction, 4) Helping you be the best you can be, 5) Consistently curious and a lifelong learner, 6) Striving to add value to others every day, 7) Living by my core values
