What are you focusing on to have a great 2019?

How are you planning your 2019?

With the new year upon us, you might me thinking about how you can improve your life and make a few tweaks.  Some of you might be thinking to change your diet or exercise more, which are very good resolutions.  But, I want you to think bigger.  Think more specifically and pinpoint which aspects (and how) you will be improving in this new year of 2019.  The #CJJblog this week gives you some tips on how to develop three new things for the new year: 1) Mantra, 2) Theme, and 3) Words.  I want you to choose one from each category and really focus on it for the month of January, to get started.  Make sure you reach out and let me know which ones you have selected and how you implement them in your new year resolution plans.  Enjoy!

  • Themes: 1) Continue to improve your standards, 2) CANEI – Constant and Never-Ending Improvement, 3) Give more to get more, 4) Be the best version of yourself
  • Mantras: 1) Do it now, 2) Be the best you can be, 3) Be a go giver, not a go getter
  • Words: 1) Love, 2) Listen, 3) Respect, 4) Integrity, 5) Caring

Did you Know?  Coach Jim Johnson will be attending the Penn-Princeton men’s basketball game this weekend in Philadelphia and Penn head coach, Steven Donahue, has an a son with autism.

Life Tip #50:  When you get up in the morning, look in the mirror and say to yourself “I am responsible.”
