Do you have at least a few things you do every day?
Each day is an opportunity to grow and build good habits. Do you have things that you remember to consistently do? For me, I have developed my daily habits over many years and I do a great job sticking to them. What are your daily habits? In the #CJJblog this week, I give you my top 20 daily habits for growth that you can also implement starting today.
- Pray for ten minutes
- High five yourself in the mirror and tell yourself “Today will be an awesome day”
- Daily affirmations in the mirror. “I am responsible for…”
- A 90-second breathing routine
- Goal Journal. Write out your top ten goals for the immediate and future
- Daily scorecard. Rate your performance in different categories
- Gratitude Journal. Write down three things you are grateful for
- Exercise for 30 minutes
- Stretch and strength train for ten minutes
- Get outside and go for a walk
- Send personalized videos to your friends and family members
- Wish friends Happy Birthday on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Write down at least one idea in your Idea Journal
- Meditate with a focus on breathing, affirmations, and visualization
- Spend 20 minutes commenting on LinkedIn posts in your network
- Get caught up on any missed calls and texts
- Feed your mind for at least 60 minutes (ex: podcasts, videos, etc.)
- Read for at least ten minutes
- Post a “Morning Success Thought” on social media channels
- Post a “Daily Dose of Leadership” on social media channels
