Have you ever won back-to-back titles?

To become a repeat champion, a lot of things have to fall into place, on top of the work you are putting in. Luck is a big part of it (injuries, in-game breaks, etc.), but a lot of it is also dependent on the work you are doing with your team. With the NFL season just starting and so many expected good teams (Bills, Bengals, Chiefs) losing in week 1, it got me thinking about why this is so difficult. As a back-to-back Section V NYS Boys Basketball champion, I wanted to talk about the challenges we face becoming repeat champs in the #CJJblog this week. Enjoy.
